Woman Sexually Assaults Minor Boy In Front Of 12-Year-Old Girl After Crashing Birthday Party

A 44-year-old woman has been arrested and charged for sexually assaulting a minor after crashing into a teenage birthday party, said Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Jessica Good has been charged with two counts of child abuse and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. She remains in the Charlotte County Jail on a $150,000 bond, reports NBC 2.

The Sheriff's Office said the incident came to light on May 11 after the victim told a staff member at a local high school about the rape, which happened on May 9 in Port Charlotte. Following this, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives were notified about the assault.

Police said the investigation revealed the incident happened at a home during a birthday party. Good and another female had been drinking through the night before they crashed the party around 2 a.m. While her friend decided to go to bed, Good continued to "hang out" with the juveniles, read the arrest report.

She then made extremely inappropriate sexual comments and provided the 17-year-old victim with alcohol. The report also states he had not had any alcohol before that.

Meanwhile, a 12-year-old girl who was sleeping on a beanbag, just a few feet away from where Good and the victim were sitting, was awakened by noises. She saw the victim and the suspect engaging in sexual intercourse. Halfway through, the victim reportedly went to use the restroom and he returned to the suspect who continued the sexual activity. Good then collected her things and left the house.

After the crime was reported, CCSO Major Crimes went to the school and spoke to the victim. The detectives also approached Good and spoke to her outside her place of work.

The boy reportedly told the deputies that he fell asleep and Good forced herself on him. He said he could not push her off because she was too heavy. Her booking information indicates she weighs 250 pounds, the arrest report says.

Meanwhile, Good told police she had no memory of what happened as she had been drinking and "blacked out." In Florida, it is illegal for someone 18 or older to have sex with a minor (anyone under the age of 18).
