World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 7 to raise awareness about a healthy mind and body.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), this year's theme for World Health Day is: "Building a fairer, healthier world for everyone."
The idea for this day was proposed at the WHO's World Health Assembly in 1948, and the first World Health Day was celebrated on April 7, 1950.
