WWE Royal Rumble 2017: Live Stream Info, Start Time, Match Cards For PPV & NXT TakeOver: San Antonio

The 2017 Royal Rumble is one of the most unpredictable in recent memory. A number of WWE superstars have a legitimate chance to win a spot in the main event of WrestleMania 33, and the title matches on the pay-per-view are not easy to call.

The Undertaker, Braun Strowman, Finn Balor and Randy Orton are among just a few wrestlers that could win the 30-man battle royal. Both John Cena and Roman Reigns are fighting for world titles, though it wouldn’t be shocking to see either AJ Styles or Kevin Owens retain the belts in those matches.

With three matches on the pre-show and five more on the PPV, Sunday’s event is likely to last for close to six hours. The kickoff show begins on WWE Network at 5 p.m. EST, and the PPV starts at 7 p.m. EST.

The PPV isn’t the only WWE event taking place in San Antonio this weekend. Less than 24 hours before the WWE PPV begins, NXT will have its first major show of 2017. NXT TakeOver: San Antonio features five scheduled matches Saturday night.

While the Royal Rumble will take place at the Alamodome, NXT: TakeOver: San Antonio will be held at the Freeman Coliseum. All three NXT titles will be defended, and the event starts at 8 p.m. EST only on WWE Network.

WWE Network costs $9.99 per month, but new subscribers get the first month free and can watch the weekend’s event with a live stream for no charge. Those who don’t subscribe to WWE Network can order the Royal Rumble on PPV for $54.95.
