‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Billy And Kevin Each Receive Shocking News From Chloe
They had both been previously assured that neither one of them was Bella’s father, but Billy and Kevin will each be in for a shocking piece of news when Chloe sends them letters indicating the opposite may instead be true on the Monday, April 24 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”
When Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) first came back to town on the CBS soap, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) asked for a DNA test to find out if Bella was his daughter, but the test came back negative. Billy (Jason Thompson) also wondered if Bella could be his because of how much she looked like Delia, but he never pursued the matter. Since then, Kevin and Chloe had made plans to marry once again, but their wedding was aborted and Chloe went on the run after the truth came out about her murdering Adam. When she left, she asked Kevin to hold on to and take care of her daughter, which he has been doing. In the meantime, Billy has finally given up on trying to reconcile with Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and has since started sleeping with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) again.
However, in a preview clip for the soap, both men’s lives will be changed, as they read letters Chloe has sent to them from where she’s been hiding out.
“After you turned me down, I stole a sample of yours from the hospital,” her letter to Billy reads. “Bella might be your daughter.”

Kevin’s letter will also explain how Bella could be his daughter as well, though Chloe didn’t steal a sample from him, since they actually slept together.
Now, both men, after realizing that what Chloe has said to them now could be true, will head to get a paternity test and find out once and for all if one of them is about to become a father. While Kevin is actually somewhat hopeful that he could be Bella’s father, because he will then have something to hold on to when it comes to the woman he loved, Billy will be greatly annoyed, and the two men will continue feeling conflicted about the news. However, neither one will leave the police station until they have a confirmed result and finally know the truth.
“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
