'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Chelsea Considers Her Most Shocking Move Yet

She knew that Phyllis was willing to keep her big secret safe so as not to hurt Nick with the truth, but after being forced to take action, Chelsea will consider her most desperate move yet to keep her secrets from getting out on the Thursday, Feb. 22 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

After learning from Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) that she wasn't going to hurt Nick (Joshua Morrow) by revealing the truth about Christian being Adam's son, Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) thought she was safe on that front on the CBS soap, However, she also learned that Phyllis had let Sharon (Sharon Case) in on the truth as well when she investigated the claim, meaning that the truth was at risk of getting out, since Sharon was more likely to tell Nick. Sure enough, she was about to, when someone attacked her and hit her head from behind, knocking her unconscious.

As it turns out, the person who assaulted her will be none other than Chelsea, who wants to make sure she also doesn't talk. However, even though she may have succeeded at keeping Sharon quiet for the time being, she will know that it won't be long before every secret about her is exposed, because Phyllis will realize what she's done now, and won't hesitate to reveal what she knows now.

Because she knows time has officially begun to run out on her, Chelsea will opt for her most desperate move yet. After leaving the café and an unconscious Sharon behind, she will quickly begin to pack some suitcases and prepare to skip town. Sure enough, Phyllis, after learning of the attack, will quickly figure out that Chelsea committed it, and will try to gain entry into the penthouse. However, by the time she gets there, Chelsea will be long gone.

Likely using the same secret passageway in the home that she used when she and Adam tried to leave town, and the one Chloe used when she snuck out to kill Adam, Chelsea will escape from the apartment, but will need to do one more thing before she leaves town. She can't leave behind her son with Adam, Conor, and she likely won't be willing to leave Christian behind either—so she will need to get the boys before she leaves—even though she knows that snatching them both will break Nick's heart more than she ever could.
