He was beyond angry and hurt when he realized just how much of the accident that ultimately took Hilary's life was Lily's fault. Now, with all the information in hand, Devon will give his sister an ultimatum about her future on the Friday, August 3 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

Hilary's (Mishael Morgan) memorial service was interrupted on the CBS soap when Shauna (Camryn Hamm) revealed that Lily (Christel Khalil) ran the red light that day and that the accident was her fault. After that revelation, Devon had a hard time believing his sister didn't intentionally cause the accident due to her history with Hilary. Lily then remembered how right before the truck hit the car, she had said awful things to Hilary about how she didn't deserve to be a mother, and it made Devon even more furious to hear since Hilary had been carrying his child, who also died as a result of the crash.

Now, as Lily continues begging him for forgiveness, Devon will decide that there is no way he can genuinely forgive his sister, but he will warn her that he isn't going to allow her to get away with the crash either.

When Lily once again tries to get him to forgive her and understand that she never wanted Hilary dead, Devon will tell her he has had enough of what he believes are false apologies meant more for self-preservation than regret. As they continue to quasi-bicker over the situation, Lily will get defensive and use the fact that she and her own son were both in the car as well to try and convince him there was no harm meant by what happened, and it was truly just an accident.

However, that will only anger her brother more, and Devon will give her an ultimatum as a result. He will tell Lily that he wants her to turn herself into the police and admit that she now remembers what happened. He will then warn her that if she doesn't do it, then he will do it for her, and he and Shauna both will make sure she suffers for the crime she committed.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
