'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Jack's Loyalties Are Questioned

He had struck up a romance with her again following her decision to leave Victor, but Jack will learn on the Friday, Sept. 1 episode of "The Young and the Restless" that if he continues messing with Nikki's daughter, Victoria, he will lose her instantly.

Jack (Peter Bergman) has been targeting Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and her company, Brash and Sassy, in an attempt to shut them down for good so he can get true revenge on Billy (Jason Thompson) for ruining his marriage to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). However, Victoria has been becoming more aware of all the schemes coming out of Jabot and fighting back on the CBS soap. She has also informed her mother, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) of how much she has been dealing with thanks to Jack, forcing the older woman to go to him and confront him, since she fears the man she's been seeing is now trying to destroy her daughter.

"Are you planning on destroying my daughter's company?" Nikki asks in a preview clip for the episode.

Jack will swiftly try to deny that he's doing anything to try and destroy Victoria, but Nikki will still warn him that doing something to hurt her or her company would have dire consequences when it comes to their relationship. Not only would the part that's turned romantic recently come to an end, but their genuine friendship they always had would be halted as well.

However, she won't be the only one confronting someone that has been trying to work against Brash and Sassy.

In their effort to figure out what else Jack has planned for them, Victoria and Billy hacked into Jabot's files, and learned about a planned new product launch that could wipe them out for good. They went to Ashley (Eileen Davidson) for information, though she denied knowing anything. However, Ravi (Abhi Sinha) let slip to Victoria that Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes) had been sent to her after he took individual meetings with both Jack and Phyllis.

Now, as Billy promises Victoria he won't let her suffer because of Jack's vendetta against him, Victoria will make sure he means what he says, by asking if he will stay by her and the company no matter what happened or who was revealed to be their enemy.

"I am not going to let you or this company become collateral damage," he says in the clip.

"No matter what the cost?" She asks.

Victoria will be curious about how far Billy is willing to go because she has a confrontation in mind too. While her mother went for Jack, Victoria will be going for Phyllis, because she is now aware that Billy's live-in girlfriend is the one who sent Ben her way. Considering how well that did not turn out, Victoria will be itching to find out just what Phyllis is up to and why she's motivated to also try and destroy Victoria's company.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
