YouTuber James Charles' $7M LA Mansion Boasts Of A Basketball Courtroom, Salon, Manufacturing Studio

YouTuber James Charles recently gave his fans a tour of his new $7 million Los Angeles mansion. Charles, who is famous for his makeup tutorials, purchased the six-bedroom home in November.

The 21-year-old, who boasts of over 21 million subscribers on YouTube, uploaded a video entitled "I bought my first home!"

"HI SISTERS! Today I show you guys my brand NEW house and take you on a tour!! Buying a home has been my biggest dream and it finally came true, thanks to you guys. You'll have to stay tuned to see the rest of the house, AND find out how we're celebrating 20 MILLION subscribers. Enjoy!" the description of the video stated.

The 17-minute video begins with a brief montage of the 10,000-square-foot property. The YouTuber then strolls around the living room which is formal with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a black chandelier and a black piano. The main bedroom boasts off a leather-based bench, a chandelier, a mini-fridge, a fireplace and two closets.

Charles then shows off the luxuries including a big pool, basketball court, salon, a manufacturing studio and a gaming zone in his office. The mansion also boasts a wine cellar filled with Coca Cola, a sauna, a movie theater and a gym.

Charles, whose net worth is estimated to be $22 million, also shared photos of his mansion on Instagram.

"9 months of renovating and decorating later, we’re finally settled in and the house tour is LIVE on my channel! Buying a home has been my 1 biggest goal since starting social media and I cannot believe that this is a reality, all thanks to you guys. I want to say a major thank you to a few people.
