Zoe Saldana, 'Colombiana' Star Shines on Three Magazine Covers This Month [VIDEO&PHOTOS]

Zoe Saldana, 33, graces the cover of three top magazines in September. In edition to her Ebony cover, the rising star has been featured on Latina and Women's Health.

Saldana stars in the summer action film Colombiana, about a woman witnesses her parents being brutally killed and grows up to become a coldblooded assassin. The film, directed by Olivier Megaton and written by Luc Besson, also stars Michael Vartan and Callum Blue.

After playing Cataleya I feel different, Saldana says. I will never go into a restaurant or anywhere and sit with my back to the exit. Now I always sit with my back to the wall so I can assess everyone in the room and everyone who comes in, just in case.

The actress was really challenged by playing this intensive role. However, Saldana admits it was after filming 2009's Avatar, that she really felt exhausted. The year after Avatar was just emotionally overwhelming. I was traveling all over the world, waking up in different time zones, she said. Your body gets exhausted and by the end of the year I just collapsed. I was sitting in my hotel room and I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't stay awake. I must have slept for an entire month.
