‘90 Day Fiancé’ Cast Update: Ashley Explains ‘Dumb’ Reunion With Jay During Hospitalization

“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 star Ashley Martson maybe done with Jay Smith off screen, but on the upcoming episode of the TLC series, she will reunite with her ex following their confrontational split.

Cameras will follow Ashley, who has been hospitalized several times this year from complications due to lupus. Despite their split, fans learned Jay was by Ashley’s side during one of her health scares.

On Saturday, Ashley shared a disclaimer about the upcoming episode to her Instagram Story. In the post, Ashley revealed she wasn’t in her right mind when she was hospitalized and made some bad decisions during that time.

“Disclaimer for tomorrow’s episode- I was admitted and administered IV Dilaudid for 8 days straight. It clearly affected the frontal lobe of my brain. The part of the brain that you think and make choices with...that’s all! Have a great rest of your weekend!” Ashley wrote.

The message also featured a carton of “Dumb Juice” GIF that was poured out at the top of the post.

It appears the episode may follow Ashley’s January hospitalization, in which she suffered from acute kidney failure. At the time, Ashley shared several Instagram posts to keep fans updated on her condition.

“I will begin dialysis shortly. I will not let this beat me. I know I'm strong enough to battle through this, not just for myself but for my kids,” she wrote.

“I will be transferred to another hospital this evening that is better equipped. Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us. Thank you for your continuous support and prayers.”

Since her hospitalization, Ashley has shared several posts of her journey to maintain a healthier lifestyle amid her health issues. The upcoming episode will allow fans the opportunity to gain a better understanding of what the star went through shortly after her break up with Jay
