Following the airing of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4, episode 11, TLC reality star Jon Walters shared an Instagram post that accused Jay Smith of sexually assaulting Ashley Martson during their marriage.

In the latest episode of the “90 Day Fiancé” spinoff, fans watched as Ashley served Jay with divorce papers. Although their marriage was over, Ashley paid for Jay to stay in a hotel and brought him a flight so he could stay with his brother in another state.

While Ashley has shared some details about their marriage, “90 Day Fiancé: What Now?” cast member Jon used his Instagram Story to accuse Jay of forcing himself on Ashley. Jon shared screenshots of text messages that appeared to be between Ashley and Jay.

In the conversation, Ashley confronts Jay about holding her down and forcing her to have sex with him. Jay apologized, but Jon seemed furious and released the images without Ashley’s consent.

“I’m not posting this for Ashley or on her behalf as she will or won’t press charges, and she will make her mind based on whether she wants to go through the heartache of court case or just have deported. Abused and broken women capacity to forgive their abuser is huge,” Jon wrote.

The star went on to urge viewers to reconsider donating to Jay’s GoFundMe page. “I’m posting this to show those kind people who are donating to jays gfm exactly why being deported is the minimum he deserve [sic] as why I think he should be locked up for a very long time,” he explained.

Jon closed out his post by slamming Jay, and insisting that he will continue to speak up for victims.

“My heart breaks for the hundred of immigrants and asylum seekers being detained unfairly but Jay is not one of them. He’s a liar, a cheat, and a man who forced himself into a woman when she said ‘no’ He violated a protection restraining order issued by the courts I’m not on team Ashley and she’s not a friend – but she’s a woman who doesn’t deserve to be brutalized by the man who was meant to protect her. I will always speak for the voiceless and pick up the downtrodden and today I speak for Ashley. I will not be sharing any more of the evidence I have nor will I be commenting further. Read his own words before give [sic] money to help this man.”

On Monday, Ashley shared a post to her Instagram Story that appeared to be an indirect response to Jon’s assault allegations. “Next time I’m opening up to someone is my autopsy,” the message read.

“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
