Following Gideon Malick (Powers Boothe) is not a safe job. In the last episode of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 3, Bobbi (Adrianne Palicki) and Hunter (Nick Blood) snuck onto Malick’s private plane to follow him. Their mission will become even more dangerous in episode 13.

“Bobbi and Hunter become ensnared in an assassination plot after tracking Malick to Russia,” the episode 13 synopsis reveals. “As S.H.I.E.L.D. races to save the lives on the line, the team is changed forever.”

While they follow Malick on the ABC drama, they could run into his family. Bethany Joy Lenz is listed as Stephanie Malick for this episode. The actress is about 30 years younger than Boothe, so she could be playing Malick’s daughter. However, the Hydra leader is rich and powerful, so it seems believable that she could also be his wife. Fans will have to tune in to see who she really is.

The episode is called “Parting Shot,” which might hint that Bobbi and Hunter are leaving the team. Viewers know that Bobbi, a.k.a. Mockingbird, and Hunter have to be written off the ABC drama soon. They’re up for their own spinoff, “Marvel’s Most Wanted.” A recent summary for the show revealed that the couple will be on the run, and no one – not even S.H.I.E.L.D. – can help them.

If this is their last mission with the organization, they’ll at least be reunited with Coulson’s (Clark Gregg) team before they go. The trailer shows Bobbi helping Daisy (Chloe Bennet) after she is attacked by an Inhuman. It looks like the rest of the agents will be tracking down someone with chameleon-like powers. This new Inhuman will not be a friend, though. Coulson calls him or her an assassin.
