Maria Menounos, Debra Messing, Leslie Bibb, Taraji P. Henson, and Morena Baccarin stripped down for photos for the annual nude issue of Allure, The Naked Truth for May 2012.

Draped in just a few strands of diamonds, Allure wrote, the five celebrities bared all for the photos by Patrick Demarchelier and spoke candidly about their lives and body images. Here's what the ladies had to say about posing for the May 2012 nude issue of Allure , which hits stands on April 24 and is online at Allure.com.

Debra Messing, 43: Once you have a child, once you pass 40, you have a different relationship with your body. I love my body in a way I never have before.

Maria Menounos, 33: This was definitely challenging, but I feel so much better having done it, Menounos said of the nude shoot for Allure.

Leslie Bibb, 37: It was an angry four days, Bibb said of the four-day juice cleanse she did to ready for the nude photos. Sam [Rockwell, her boyfriend] was like, 'Thank God I'm not with you right now. You are not nice on the juice cleanse.'

Taraji P. Henson, 41: My friends won't be surprised by this shoot. Whenever we go to the beach, I'm like, 'Is this a nude beach? Can I take my top off?'

Morena Baccarin, 32: I don't do any naked activities except for the obvious ones. No cooking naked. That's dangerous.

Heidi Klum, 38: Ask me again when I'm 65, Klum said about cosmetic surgery, But...I'm proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven't done anything.
