KEY POINTS
- Amber Heard and girlfriend Bianca Butti were spotted arriving at LAX together Saturday

- This comes a few days after the actress and her girlfriend were spotted leaving Los Angeles on Valentine's Day
Amber Heard and her girlfriend, Bianca Butti, are still going strong over a year after they were first romantically linked to each other.
On Saturday, the "Aquaman" star was photographed arriving at the Los Angeles International Airport with her cinematographer girlfriend — nearly a week after they were spotted heading out of L.A. on Valentine's Day.
In photos published by Daily Mail, Heard wore a black long-sleeve shirt, a pair of dark jeans and knee-high boots for her flight. She accessorized her outfit with dark sunglasses. She also carried a sizable tan overcoat for the cold winter and left her blonde hair loose for the trip.
Meanwhile, Butti opted for a light green sweatshirt, leather jacket, faded jeans, black shoes and a wide-brimmed. Both were wearing face masks during their low-key arrival.
Butti and Heard have been dating for over a year. They were first spotted together in January 2020 during a trip to Palm Springs, where they were seen kissing while waiting for a valet to return their car.
Heard and Butti were then seen together at LAX in March last year. At the time, some noticed that the actress' girlfriend appeared to sport a similar style as her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, prompting speculations that Heard dressed her like the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor.
Butti is not Heard's first girlfriend. She previously dated painter and photographer Tasya van Ree from 2008 to 2012.
In September 2009, authorities at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport witnessed Heard physically assaulting van Ree by grabbing and hitting her and yanking her necklace. The "Justice League" star was arrested for "misdemeanor domestic violence," USA Today reported.
She was released the next day as the Seattle-based prosecutor did not press charges against her because both Heard and van Ree were residents of California and were only passing through the state.
Depp had used the incident in a 40-page document lodged at the Circuit Court of Fairfax Virginia to support his claim that Heard was not the victim but the perpetrator as she has a history of domestic abuse.
"Ms. Heard’s violent domestic abuse did not end when her relationship with Ms. van Ree ended," Depp’s document said. "Ms. Heard committed multiple acts of domestic violence against Mr. Depp during their marriage. Ms. Heard’s physical abuse of Mr. Depp is documented by eyewitness accounts, photographs, and even Ms. Heard’s own admissions under oath.”
Heard and Depp, who met on the set of the 2011 comedy "The Rum Diary," had married in February 2015 and settled their divorce in August 2016. Since calling it quits, the actress struck up a romance with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, but they ended things in 2018. Heard was then linked to "It: Chapter Two" director Andy Muschietti in 2019.
