Amber Rose And Blac Chyna Reportedly Trying To 'One Up' Tyga With New MTV Reality Show
Amber Rose and her BFF Blac Chyna have reportedly landed a new reality show on MTV. Details about the show are scarce and the network has yet to comment on the rumor, but supposedly Rose and Chyna are close to signing their contracts.
The longtime friends are no strangers to drama. It’s been rumored both ladies are not fans of the Kardashian-Jenner girls, but sources told TMZ the new reality show will steer clear of the cattiness and instead focus on Chyna, real name Angela Renée White, and Rose, real name Amber Levonchuck, hosting club appearances and being single moms. Rose, 31, has a 2-year-old son named Sebastian with estranged husband Wiz Khalifa, and Chyna, 27, is mom to 2-year-old King Cairo with ex-boyfriend Tyga, who is currently dating Kylie Jenner.
TMZ also reports Chyna had a specific reason for wanting to do the reality show. As previously reported, Tyga landed a deal with MTV2 for a six-episode reality series about his life called “Kingin’ With Tyga.” According to TMZ, Chyna is eager to “one up” her baby daddy and sees her show as a way to take a jab at him. There’s no word on if Tyga or Khalifa will appear on Chyna and Rose’s reality show.
Earlier this month, rumors surfaced that Rose was shopping around the idea for her own show. RadarOnline reported at the time that the former stripper wanted to host a talk show and had already filmed a pilot for it. “Amber’s working with a top production team, and they already shot the pilot in L.A. She’s really excited,” a source told RadarOnline. “She’ll definitely talk a lot about her own life. Producers are counting on her to just be herself! She’ll also help other people resolve their issues.”
Besides the supposed reality show, Rose is getting ready to release her self-help book “How to Be a Bad B----.” The book will cover topics such as finance, love, beauty, fashion and career, and will include Rose’s “secrets on how to lead a powerful life.” “How to Be a Bad B----“ will be released in October.
