Anna Paquin And Stephen Moyer Reveal Sex Of Newborn Twins: One Of Each
Real life “True Blood” couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer welcomed twins in September, but apart from releasing a statement saying that mother and children were in good health, the private couple shared no other details about the births until now.
'We can confirm that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer recently welcomed their twins into the world,” a rep announced shortly after the births in September. “'The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed.”
On Wednesday, Life & Style magazine revealed that Paquin, 30, and Moyer, 43, had welcomed a boy and a girl. A source described as a close friend of the couple’s told the magazine, “They had a boy and a girl and thought that was perfect."
"Anna is a natural mother and Stephen is a doting dad. He turns to mush around those kids!" added the source.
Moyer already has a son and daughter, Billy, 12, and Lilac, 10, from a previous relationship and is actively involved in their lives. On Saturday, Moyer was snapped by paparazzi while attending his daughter’s soccer game in Los Angeles.
In photos published by Just Jared, the erstwhile vampire shows off his soccer skills while he dribbles the ball on the sidelines in shorts and a sweatshirt. Lilac is also pictured running beside him, laughing, and cheering. The British actor reportedly grew up playing the sport, and is an avid West Ham football fan.
The outing was hardly the first for Moyer, who has previously been photographed coaching his daughter at soccer matches, and even sprinting alongside her during warm ups. Paquin on the other hand is a first-time mother, and has been surprisingly quiet on the topic of motherhood.
Moyer told Us Weekly, “I love my kids beyond anything. ... They're the best things ever, and having two more is just going to be even more crazy, but that's cool!”
