Another Jenner Is Having A Baby To Welcome The New Year

Brody Jenner is starting off the new year by announcing the upcoming arrival of a new member to his family.

The 39-year-old son of Caitlyn Jenner and ex-partner Linda Thompson took to Instagram to share the good news Sunday.

"To start off this new year, we'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family, and followers health, happiness [and] an abundance of love. We truly appreciate [and] love you all. We are excited to share with you the blessing of a new life in the new year...Our little angel is on their way. Happy new year!" the DJ and his girlfriend Tia Blanco wrote in the joint post.

They also posted a video of Blanco getting an ultrasound, which showed the baby in her belly.

"Hey, look at that little heart, you see that?" Jenner told the 25-year-old pro surfer in the video.

The doctor then proceeded to let the couple hear the sound of the fetus' heartbeat.

It appeared that the procedure was conducted in early December.

The couple received lots of congratulatory messages in the comments section of the post, including one from Jenner's mother, Thompson, and his brother, Brandon Jenner.

"So happy that you are sharing this news so I can tell everybody I meet on the street now! I have been keeping this secret, but it's been so hard! We are so happy! Love you both so much... Love all three of you so much!" the 72-year-old "Hee Haw Honeys" actress wrote.

Brandon commented, "Welcome to the family little one! We've got plenty of cousins waiting for you."

Jenner and Blanco shared the pregnancy news less than a year after they went public with their relationship in June.

Dating rumors linking the pair first surfaced in April when they shared on social media similar photos of a waterfall in Hawaii. The following month, they were photographed together at an Erewhon Market in California as well, according to People.

Blanco revealed in an interview with E! News in November that they had opted to keep their relationship "pretty private at the beginning, but we're both just so in love and it just happened naturally to share the fun things that we do and this exciting time in our life together."

The "Hills" alum and the athlete have yet to reveal their baby's gender or their official due date.

Prior to Jenner's relationship with Blanco, the model had a six-year relationship with his "The Hills" co-star Kaitlynn Carter and then briefly dated Briana Jungwirth in 2020.
