Ariel Winter Complains About ‘Unfortunate’ Airbnb Rental Incident Involving Child

Ariel Winter had a bad experience with her recent rental via Airbnb!

Over the weekend, the actress complained about a child throwing feces all over the house that she and her boyfriend, Levi Meaden, stayed in. On her Twitter account, Winter detailed the incident and revealed that she found feces thrown all over the front of the house.

Winter expressed her disappointment over the incident, but said that Meaden was her rock throughout that day.

On Tuesday, Airbnb spokesperson Jeff Henry released a statement to People confirming that they have already addressed the “unfortunate” incident. “Our host reported this issue to use and immediately resolved it for our guest during the reservation. A neighbor’s child was playing near the listing and caused the unfortunate damage. We have reached out to our guest to offer additional support. We work hard to make sure every guest has a great experience and want to make it right when things don’t go as expected,” he said.

As of late, it is still unclear why Winter had to rent out a place for the weekend. She and Meaden have moved in together a couple of months ago. While speaking with Jimmy Kimmel on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Winter said, “I do have my own house, last year I bought my own house. My boyfriend and I live together, he cooks and takes care of all the handy stuff. I can bake pie occasionally – pumpkin and apple.”

Winter and Meaden first sparked dating rumors in November 2016 after they were spotted holding hands while walking on the streets of Los Angeles. They also celebrated Thanksgiving Day with their friends at that time, according to E! News.

Two months earlier, she was rumored to be dating Sterling Beaumon, but she denied that they were an item.
