Armie Hammer Needs Help Amid Alleged BDSM, Infidelity Rumors: 'Something Is Terribly Wrong'

Several sources have opened up about the rumors alleging Armie Hammer's cannibalism, infidelity and BDSM practices.

The "Rebecca" star made headlines last week after social media users attacked him over alleged Instagram messages of him talking about cannibalism. The authenticity of those messages has not yet been verified and the netizens have mixed opinions about the issue.

Some of his exes believed the messages were likely true, but other sources who personally know Hammer couldn't believe it especially since he has never done any of those things with his wife, Elizabeth Chambers.

"[These messages] are very shocking for her. He never did any of the weird s- -t with her," a source told The Post.

Another source close to Hammer and Chambers admitted that he loves grilling, and they never thought his fondness for it was out of the ordinary. When Hammer's pal learned about the news of his alleged infidelity and cannibalism, the insider suggested that he probably needed help if those reports were true.

"My mind is blown. He always appeared so totally normal, he loves grilling, I mean — he was so excited about buying a new smoker and he would have friends over for barbecues and cocktails," Hammer's friend said as quoted by Page Six. "None of this seems like the Armie that I know. He needs help. Something is terribly wrong, and I just wonder if it’s drugs."

Daily Mail shared clips from Hammer's alleged secret Instagram account Friday. The post indicated he had "THC and benzos." Also featured was a court mandate ordering the actor to undergo drug testing to see his kids. In one video, he is seen licking a substance from his friend's hand with the latter saying, "More, more, more, more," prompting the "Call Me By Your Name" star to clean off his pal's hand and then saying, "Got it all." In another clip, a woman can be seen wearing lingerie while being on her hands and knees in a bed. "Divorce is so fun. Not as fun as drugs. But what is," the caption for the post read.

Meanwhile, another source defended Hammer from the criticisms suspecting him of taking drugs saying he does "not have a drug habit."

"Of course Armie is not a cannibal … although BDSM might be weird, it’s not illegal," the source added.

Hammer has an estimated net worth of $16 million. Apart from his earnings from his acting career, he is the great-grandson of an oil tycoon, who acquired Occidental Petroleum in the '50s. Hence, he grew up living a comfortable life.
