‘Arrested Development’ Season 4 Spoilers: Ron Howard Says New Characters For Netflix Revival [PHOTOS]

As if the Bluth family wasn't crazy enough, Ron Howard, executive producer and narrator for "Arrested Development revealed that season four will be getting some brand new characters.

"Arrested Development" had initially brought the laughs on Fox for three seasons before being cancelled in 2006. Not the series is being revived, with a 10 episode fourth season set to stream on Netflix.

"Mitch isn't trying to recreate something," Howard said to MTV of "Arrested Development" creator Mitch Hurwitz. "It's been away for a while, and part of the fun that Mitch has been mining and exploiting is, what's new to discover about these people? What's delightfully unchanged? He and the writing staff and the actors have a fantastic sense of that. They're pretty brazen, pretty bold and fearless. That's what made the show into something that fans kept really alive."

Although the cast has not been in character for six years, Hurwitz promised that everyone is "in great form and dying to take the characters further."

So what about the new characters set to hit the screen this season? According to Howard, the new 10 episodes will feature not only brand-new pun-filled situations, but new characters.

Thanks to the cast tweeting numerous photos from the set, we have an idea about some of the new characters that will be hilariously interacting with the crazy Bluth family.

Erik Griffin, who plays Montez on Comedy Central's "Workaholics" tweeted a picture on Aug. 10 of his co-stars Adam DeVine, Anders Holm and Blake Anderson on the set of "Arrested Development. The trio appear to be working for an airline, and will possibly be interacting with the Funke family. Tobias was photographed at an airport baggage claim in a separate photo.

Besides the "Workaholics" crew, TVLine reports that "Mad Men's" John Slattery has joined season four in a "top-secret role." While his role is being kepy under wraps, TVLine can confirm that Slattery will appear in multiple episodes.

And for those wondering if the Bluth's stair car will be making an appearance in the new season, the vehicle has been spotted around Culver City by numerous Twitter users.
