‘The Baby-Sitters Club’ Premiere On Netflix: Here’s How You Know The Cast
“The Baby-Sitters Club” is something every late 80s and 90s girl likely remembers falling in love with as she learned to read, with the Ann M. Martin series of over 200 novels becoming a staple. Now, the titles-and the characters tweens and young girls fell in love with back then-are getting a modern-day reboot in the form of a Netflix series of the same name.
The books, which followed a group of middle-school-aged friends who form a club of babysitters for the parents in their town and deal with not only the trials and tribulations of growing up normally, but also health scares, remarriage and divorce and other traumas, did get the film treatment in 1995, but this new take is expected to take some of the stories that unfolded over the book series and give them not just a refreshing update, but the kind of focus they deserve. Reviews for the show have already been positive and it looks to be a huge hit.
So who will be tackling these iconic characters? And where may fans have seen them before? Get to know the cast below.
