Ben Affleck Allegedly ‘Holding Off’ Introducing Kids To New Girlfriend Until Jennifer Garner Approves

Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas are officially dating and new reports claimed that the actor is holding off introducing his kids to his new girlfriend even though he’s reportedly very happy.

According to In Touch Weekly, Affleck wants Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel to get to know de Armas but he won’t be able to introduce her to them unless Jennifer Garner approves.

“After seeing how close and loving Ana is with her own family, Ben’s feeling pretty confident that she’ll make a great stepmom. Although he’d never try to replace Jen, who he calls ‘the best mom in the world,” a source told the tabloid.

However, it is best to take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Years ago, Affleck got into a relationship with Lindsay Shookus and Hollywood Life came up with a similar storyline.

The tabloid claimed that Shookus also wants to meet Affleck’s kids but the “Batman v Superman” star was waiting for Garner’s go signal. The former couple already split but the alleged approval from the “13 Going On 30” star never came.

And since Affleck and de Armas’ relationship is pretty new, it is unlikely for the former to already want to introduce his co-star to his children. Affleck and de Armas are also self-isolating in Los Angeles together and they have no chance to meet with the actor’s three kids.

Garner is staying home with Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel following their class cancelations. And the actress recently went strolling with her daughters at a nearby beach.

On her Instagram account, the “Peppermint” star has also been updating fans on how she and her kids are making the most out of their time at home. Garner proudly revealed that her children already know how to use the vacuum cleaner.

As of late, it is still unclear if Affleck will introduce de Armas to her kids after the lockdown.
