Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce Update: Couple Spends Time With Their Kids In Church
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have vowed to fix their relationship for the sake of their children.
On Sunday, March 26, the couple was spotted with their three kids as they left a church in Brentwood, California. A photo released by Us Weekly, showed the two smiling and looking intently at each other.
Last week, Affleck penned a lengthy post on Facebook revealing that he once again went to rehab for his alcohol addiction. After completing treatment, Affleck said that he wants his kids to grow up knowing that there’s nothing wrong with seeking help whenever necessary. Towards the end of the his post, Affleck thanked his family and friends, and specifically mentioned his wife, for supporting him during that time.

Affleck and Garner have decided to end their 10-year-marriage in June 2015. Despite their differences, they have agreed to co-parent their kids. While speaking with the same publication, a source clarified that Affleck and Garner have not gotten back together.
“They are not a couple by any means, but they are resuming their co-parenting agreement. He is very appreciative of Jen being so supportive and giving him a chance to get better. She has always been there for him and continues to be,” the source said.
According to Vanity Fair, Garner has already filed for divorce from Affleck this year. Garner was rumored to have separated from Affleck due to the actor’s alleged relationship with their children’s nanny. But while speaking with the publication last year, the “13 Going On 30” actress said that she and Affleck have already been separated for months before the nanny rumors swirled online.
“She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes. It’s not great for your kids for a nanny to disappear from their lives,” she said.
