Beyoncé Rumored To Release New Album Film After Teasing ‘Lemonade’ HBO Special; See Fan Reactions

Beyoncé has something up her sleeve! The “Formation” singer sent her fan base — known as the BeyHive — into full overdrive Saturday when she teased a surprise upcoming HBO special.
The 34-year-old singer took to her Instagram account to share a video for her project “Lemonade.” In the short clip, Beyoncé is seen wearing a fur coat with her hair in cornrows as she leans on a car. At the end of the video the word “Lemonade” flashes across the screen, as she says, “What am I gonna love? What am I gonna do?”
According to several outlets, including Us Weekly, it’s believed that “Lemonade” will be Beyoncé’s upcoming album film. It was first speculated a few months ago that she was working on a new album when she was spotted filming music videos in New Orleans and Los Angeles.
Her new song “Formation,” released in February ahead of her Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show with Coldplay and Bruno Mars, is said to be the first single from the unconfirmed album. While Queen Bey still has not responded to reports that she’s getting ready to drop another album, her stylist Ty Hunter confirmed the news during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live.”
“I’ve heard the new album,” he said in February (via E! News). “It’s beyond awesome. It’s great.” So far, Beyoncé’s top secret “Lemonade” project for HBO still remains a mystery, but her fans have already taken to Twitter to express their joy over getting something new from the pop star.
