‘Big Brother’ Season 20: Steve Arienta Opens Up About The Show
“Big Brother” Season 20 first evictee Steve Arienta recently opened up about his time in the house, as well as the alliances that have been made very early on in CBS reality TV show.
During his interview with Us Weekly, Steve acknowledged the fact that the bros have the most power inside the house at the moment.
“I know Angela is really trying to get with Brett and Winston. But some of the things they say are a little mean-spirited towards her. The way I look at it – and I love those guys, they are great guys – their strategy is just completely wrong. They are utilizing Angela as fodder for their alliance so when their alliance is in trouble she’s going to be expendable first,” he said.
When asked if he was shocked to have lost to Sam Bledsoe, who was a robot at the time of the live eviction ceremony, Steve said that he wasn’t. After all, he has always looked at Sam as a great competitor. The former undercover agent said that he was shocked that he lost, but not necessarily surprised that he lost to Sam.
What he is most shocked about was Kaitlyn Herman flipping her vote on him. After all, he and Kaitlyn had some conversations two days before eviction night, and the latter told him that he’s perfect and shouldn’t worry about anything.
Unfortunately for Steve, he became some sort of casualty for Kaitlyn after she seemingly got jealous of Faysal Shafaat and Haleigh Boucher’s budding relationship.
Meanwhile, Steve said that if he was named as the Head of Household on week one, he would have targeted Winston Hines and Angela Rummans. If one of them wins Power of Veto, he would have replaced them with Brett Robinson.
He also said that he thinks Brett and Winston will be cutthroat in the end.
“I did start seeing Brett start to distance himself a little bit from Winston. That might be the gameplay but all of a sudden Brett’s laying on the couch, Winston is looking for Brett. I see those two faltering before Faysal and Swaggy Williams,” he said.
