Blue Ivy Spotted In New York With Beyonce And Nanny [PHOTO]

Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy, was spotted out for a rare appearance this week in New York City. The 17-month-old was seen with her nanny, and she looked very cute in a neon blue dress and embellished gold sandals.

Blue Ivy did not look too surprised to see the paparazzi, looking at the camera as they made their way to an awaiting black SUV.

On Monday, Beyoncé spent the evening out with husband, Jay-Z, as they celebrated the 10th anniversary of his 40/40 Club. She looked stunning in a cut-out white Michael Kors dress, and witnesses reported that she showed fellow guests pictures of her daughter on her phone. Celebrities including singer Maxwell, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, rapper T.I. attended the event.

Beyonce was last seen with her daughter on June 11, when they visited a park in Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood.

Blue Ivy is already getting plenty of special treatment from her famous mom, who even brought her onstage during her “Mrs. Carter” world tour. On May 4, while in London, the 31-year-old superstar grabbed Blue Ivy’s hand and sang “Irreplaceable” to her. The 17-month-old wore protective headphones and a dress while her mom showed off her figure in a sparkling blue jumpsuit.

Meanwhile, Beyonce congratulated first-time parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on Monday, on the arrival of their baby daughter over the weekend, five weeks before her due date.

The singer has gotten close to reality-TV star Kardashian as she is married to West’s best friend, rapper/producer Jay-Z. The 31-year-old posted a photo of Kardashian and West looking lovingly at one another on her official page along with the caption “Congratulations Kim & Kanye. Enjoy this beautiful moment together.”
