'Bold And The Beautiful' Spoilers: Sally Confronts Bill About His Promise

She was told that after he blew up the building her family's company was housed in that he would eventually help her rebuild. Now, after months of no action, Sally will confront Bill about the stalled plans on the Thursday, Feb. 22 episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Sally (Courtney Hope) was promised that Spencer would help rebuild Spectra in a new location, after Bill (Don Diamont) blew up the building they were in, while she and Liam (Scott Clifton) were inside. However, since then on the CBS soap, Liam's marriage to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has fallen apart because she slept with Bill. He also has been reeling with whether or not he can forgive her enough to repair their marriage for their daughter, whom Steffy is pregnant with. He also resigned from Spencer because he cannot work with his father any longer after the betrayal he inflicted.

Since then, Sally has sat by and waited for news, but has received none about what would happen to her family's company. Now, sick of waiting, she will go to Bill and demand answers, asking what would happen in regards to the promise.

"Now that Liam is preoccupied, I thought that you and I could talk about rebuilding Spectra Fashions," she says in a preview clip. "You know, like you promised?"

However, Bill will inform Sally that he has zero intention of fulfilling that promise, because it was never one he made—it was Liam's promise to the woman Bill hates. Bill also blames Sally for Liam's marriage coming to an end, because they had shared a kiss after being trapped in the rubble. Learning about that kiss was what sent Steffy into his arms and led to the two sleeping together. Because he blames her, he won't be willing to help her out any longer.

However, Sally won't take that news well, and likely won't hesitate to threaten Bill that she will find some way to get him to fix what he did and replace what he took from her and the rest of the Spectra clan. Now, she may find herself turning to Liam, in the hopes he will still find some way to help her.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
