The official synopsis of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 227 is out on TV Tokyo. Konohamaru is out on a mission with Mirai. However, Mirai returns to Konohagakure and is about to die. It was supposed to be an easy mission.

After Mirai comes to her senses, she reports that things have changed drastically. Naruto and the others decide to send backup to Konohamaru's location. And the backup comes in the form of Team 7.

In the last episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" anime, Boruto and Mitsuki's match was next up but they were running late. Despite their best efforts, they could not reach the arena and were disqualified from the final round of the Chunin exams.
