Brad Pitt, Alia Shawkat ‘Friendly’ Relationship Could Reportedly Become Romantic, Fond Of Each Other

Brad Pitt and Alia Shawkat are just friends, but their fans are convinced that it’s only a matter of time before they confirm that they are dating.

A source told In Touch Weekly that the actors’ friendly relationship could turn into something more since they are so fond of each other. The actors also spend a lot of time together more than anyone realizes.

“Brad’s telling friends she’s one of the most interesting women he’s met in LA in a very long while. He’s really into Alia, but he’s taking things slowly,” the source said.

The tabloid published their story after a photo of Pitt and Shawkat ordering a meal at an In-And-Out branch in Los Angeles was released by TMZ. However, there was no indication that Pitt and Shawkat were actually an item because even though they were standing close to each other, they weren’t affectionate.

It is also unlikely for Pitt to have shared his real thoughts and feelings about Shawkat to his friend and then the friend shared it with the publication. The dad of six doesn’t normally talk about his relationship status or the people that he wants to date.

In fact, at the Golden Globes, Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband even made fun of the fact that every woman he’s photographed with is linked to him thereafter. Pitt said that this is the main reason why he didn’t take his mom as his date to the awards show.

Days later, Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reunited at the Oscars. Photos of the former couple show them looking happy and comfortable with each other. Immediately after, tabloids claimed that Pitt and Aniston have gotten back together. However, this isn’t the case either.

A source told People that Pitt and Aniston just want what’s best for each other. And they are also happy for each other’s success.

“Jen was happy for Brad. They congratulated each other and that was it. It was an emotional night but she is not dating Brad,” the source said.
