Camila Cabello shared a "spooky" UFO encounter during Wednesday's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."
While the 25-year-old "Havana" singer was hiking through the mountains in South America with her parents, Alejandro and Sinuhe, she was able to capture a certain object that seemed like an extraterrestrial being.
"So, we were hiking, and there's been a lot of spooky activity there, like, I'm talking UFO alien activity," Cabello shared with the 48-year-old late-night host.
She continued, "I think that we might have caught a UFO [on video]," despite being "skeptical" because she preferred nature documentaries and was already fascinated by what exists on Earth. But she admitted her parents were fans of UFO documentaries.
The singer, who was on tour at that time, shared that she was taking a picture of her parents in front of the mountains when at least two or three alleged UFOs flew right past them.
Cabello had the video prepared for the show; however, she joked about being a bit hesitant in "exploiting" them for the public, claiming, "The aliens trusted me to be there at that moment."
But Fallon joined in assuring the Latina singer, "I want the aliens to know, I asked for this, kind of. I said 'Hey, can we have the video?' This is all on [me]."
Eventually, Cabello claimed that the show was a "safe place," and Fallon told her that the "The Tonight Show" audience also has a shared love of extraterrestrial beings.
"We welcome everybody, everything," Cabello quipped, and then Fallon played the video on the show.
The video ran two times, the first at a normal speed and the second in slow-motion, to get a better look at the flying object. In the video, it was visibly shown that the alleged UFO was flying in the sky since it was pretty close to the camera.
"That does not look like a bird. It's not a phone thing because you see it clearly go from behind the mountain, [then] close to the camera, to behind another mountain," the singer explained.
She further claimed, "I think that the aliens trusted me to capture a UFO moment," before adding that she was trusted because she was "hard to get" and not one of those people that was "super looking for it."
Cabello recently debuted as the newest coach for "The Voice" Season 22, alongside returning coaches Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and John Legend. The show premiered on Sept. 19, The Rolling Stone reported.
Last season, the singer appeared as an advisor for Legend's team. This time, she returned among the panel of coaches, replacing Grammy-winning singer Ariana Grande. Ahead of the premiere, the Season 22 judges performed Cabello's chart-topping hit "Havana."
