Chris Brown-Nia Guzman Feud: ‘Loyal’ Singer Stopped Paying Child Support After Being Denied To Meet Royalty
Chris Brown reportedly stopped paying $10,000 a month in child support to Nia Guzman after the singer was denied visitation with his daughter this week. The news comes a day after TMZ reported that the “Loyal” singer filed paternity papers for 1-year-old Royalty.
Brown was not allowed to spend time with his daughter as she was with her grandmother in Virginia, a source told TMZ. Guzman reportedly claimed that this was the first time she denied Brown from meeting Royalty. However, Brown reportedly got furious over the incident and stopped paying the amount. Guzman had initially demanded $15,000 a month in child support, but Brown reportedly wanted to pay only $2,500 a month.
In March, the news broke that Brown fathered a love child with Guzman while he was still with Karrueche Tran. The 27-year-old model split with Brown after confirming the rumors. However, Brown made several efforts to win back Tran, but later gave up hopes of reconciliation after constant rejections.
Now, rumors have surfaced that Brown may be trying to rekindle his romance with his former girlfriend Rihanna.
Rihanna, who wished Brown good luck backstage before his performance at the 2015 BET Awards on Sunday, is reportedly still in love with him. Brown had assaulted the Grammy-award winner in 2009, following which they ended their relationship but later got back together before splitting again in 2013.
