Christina Hall spent Christmas Eve with her three kids.
Christina got the chance to spend the holidays with her whole gang. She shared a family picture on Christmas day featuring her three children, Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7, whom she shares with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, 3, whom she shares with her other ex, Ant Anstead.
In the snap, Christina, her husband, Josh Hall, and her children stand in front of a Christmas tree. Josh was carrying Hudson in his arm.
"Wonderful Christmas Eve with family and friends," she wrote atop their family picture, Page Six reported.
The "Christina on the Coast" star also posted photos of her children playing with their new toys. One snap featured Hudson stacking up all his gifts like a barricade. "Present tower," she captioned the photo.
The outlet noted that Hudson's appearance on her social media surprised fans because the HGTV personality announced earlier that she would never post her youngest son's photo online amid her bitter custody battle with Anstead. The "Wheeler Dealers" star accused the "Flip or Flop" host of "exploiting" their son online. The exes had already settled Hudson's custody.
In September, Anstead alleged in his filing that his ex-wife was using their child Hudson's image for paid content.
"The risks for a child working on a television production set (even if that 'set' is Christina's home) are innumerable and well documented," he said. "Putting aside the obvious pressures of working within a TV production environment, children involved in television production often have lingering issues that affect their welfare, worldview, and self-image, leaving them diminished and dependent upon the perceived approval of others for their self-worth."
He added that he only wanted to ensure that Hudson was allowed to have a joyful, healthy and natural childhood with few stresses as possible. He insisted that it should be prioritized over commercial opportunities and content.
Christina clapped back at her ex, denying that she had exploited their son. According to her, Hudson was not forced to do things and accused Anstead of smearing her publicly.
"I have never exploited our son Hudson," she said. "He appeared in a few of my own Instagram ads that each took less than 5 minutes to film. I have all the footage, and they were all fun activities that he enjoyed doing, such as playing with toys or making cookies."
Hall said she was "mentally exhausted" with Anstead's allegations and attempts to turn her family, friends and fans against her through his alleged "manipulation tactics and false information." So, she decided never to post photos of Hudson on her online platforms.
"I have made the decision to no longer feature Hudson on Instagram, my tv shows, or any social platforms until he is old enough to make this decision for himself," she wrote on Instagram.
"Hudson's father has made it clear via his public court filings he is using Instagram to rate the kind of parent I am since that is the only access he has to my personal life."
