‘Christmas In Vienna’ Hallmark Movie Premiere: Trailer, Synopsis, Cast
Hallmark Channel’s merry holiday season continues with the newest of the holiday premieres, “Christmas In Vienna.” The film, part of “Countdown to Christmas 2020,” stars Sarah Drew and Brennan Elliott.
The film is sure to be a hit, as it combines both a Hallmark Vet and a newbie when it comes to its stars. Drew is new to Hallmark, though she did previously star in Lifetime’s holiday movies, “Twinkle All The Way” and “Christmas Pen Pals.” She is also likely well-known for her roles as Hannah Rogers on “Everwood” and Dr. April Kepner on “Grey’s Anatomy.”
As for Elliott, he is a staple when it comes to the family of Hallmark networks. Previous film work on Hallmark Channel itself include “All My Heart,” “All My Heart: Inn Love,” “All My Heart: The Wedding,” “A Christmas Melody” and “Love You Like Christmas.” As for Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, he has starred in “Crossword Mysteries: A Puzzle To Die For,” “Crossword Mysteries: Abracadaver,” “Christmas at Grand Valley” and “Christmas Encore.”
So what will happen when this Hallmark vet and newbie team up for what is sure to be a holiday delight? According to synopsis, Christmas in a new city could be beneficial in more ways than one, with music, love and plenty of unexpected and delightful culture shock.
“Jess (Drew), a concert violinist who has lost her passion, visits Vienna for Christmas,” the synopsis reads. “There she finds the inspiration she has been missing with an American diplomat and his children.”
Will a Christmas in a new place be the key to Jess finding her passion once more?
“Christmas in Vienna” premieres Saturday, Nov. 14 at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
