‘On The Twelfth Date Of Christmas’ Hallmark Movie Premiere: Trailer, Synopsis, Cast

Hallmark Channel’s merry holiday season continues with the newest of the holiday premieres, “On The Twelfth Date of Christmas.” The film, part of “Countdown to Christmas 2020,” stars Mallory Jansen and Tyler Hynes.

Jansen may be someone fans recognize, though not from Hallmark projects. This will make her debut on the network, though she has had several television roles as well, including Madame Hydra on “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” Queen Madalena on “Galavant,” Georgie Farlow on “Baby Daddy” and Caroline Huntington on “Young & Hungry.”

Hynes, however, will be a familiar face because he’s been a Hallmark regular. Some of his previous roles have been in movies such as “Winter in Vail,” “The Mistletoe Secret,” “Flip That Romance,” “It’s Christmas, Eve” and “Falling For You.”

So what will happen when this vet and newbie team up for this holiday movie? Plenty of fun, as their characters work together to create a perfect Christmas activity.

“Two seemingly incompatible game designers—Jennifer (Jansen) and Aidan (Hynes)--team up to create a romantic, city-wide scavenger hunt for the ‘12 Days of Christmas’ and start falling for each other in the process,” the synopsis reads.

As they plan a scavenger hunt worthy of the holiday spirit, will the clues show them that what they should have really been looking for was the gift of love that was right under their noses?

“On The Twelfth Date of Christmas” premieres Sunday, Nov. 1 at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
