‘Claws’ Star Karrueche Tran Dating NFL Player Victor Cruz

Karrueche Tran and Victor Cruz are dating!

A source told Us Weekly that the “Claws” actress and the NFL player have been seeing each other for about a month now. Although they aren’t exclusive yet, the source said that their relationship is heading in that direction.

Another insider told the news outlet that Tran and Cruz have been hooking up for a long time, but it was only recently when the two got the chance to take a shot a romance. “The timing was just never right and they were never in the same place at the same time,” the insider explained of why the relationship between the two didn’t immediately turn romantic. “[But] now she has a lot more free time and for the time being so does he, so they are doing their best to make things work. She’s super into him and he’s head over heels for her. It’s adorable and she’s loving it.”

The confirmation that Tran and Cruz are dating came two days after the two were spotted holding hands while walking down the street in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, Tran and Cruz headed to lunch with a friend, and judging by the picture published by the website, it seems that the two were enjoying each other’s company.

TMZ also reported that Tran and Cruz were seen together on a movie date around Thanksgiving, but last Friday’s outing was their first official PDA.

Cruz, who played for the New York Giants from 2010 to 2016, was previously engaged to entrepreneur Elaina Watley. But in 2015, Cruz confessed to Us Weekly that reports that Watley sent a group text to women he had been cheating on her with were true.

For her part, Tran was dating Quavo from the hip hop trio Migos earlier this year. According to The BoomBox, Tran and Quavo broke up because both of their camps didn’t support their relationship. Prior to dating Quavo, Tran famously had a tumultuous on-off relationship with Chris Brown from 2010 to 2015, when it was revealed that Brown had fathered a child with another woman.
