Unknown to some, "Cyberpunk 2077" allows players to pet a cat. Indeed, CDPR seems to have thought of everything when it developed its latest ARPG installment. For players who want to know how to get V a pet cat, these tips and tricks might come in handy.

How To Get A Pet Cat

Players must first settle in their apartment in Watson to be able to pet a cat. Fast travel is available in this location through the Megabuilding H10: Atrium point. Once inside the apartment, V should step out the door and turn left. He must tread down the corridor where he would be forced to turn right. He would find a trash bin he could interact with and would discover a data card titled "Feed the Cat."

Where To Get Cat Food

Players would be given the objective of feeding the cat, which means they must go out and look for cat food. Unlike in other games that allow players to pet animals, cat food is something that's available for sale in "Cyberpunk 2077." While some enemies drop it from time to time, the objective would force players to break into the Arasaka Industrial plant for the feline's food.

To do this, players need to go to Rancho Coronado in Santo Domingo and look for the industrial plant. They could use stealth by climbing on top of the building or take out the sentries in the area. Players should look for a small gap leading to a doorway. Inside, they would find the cat food on top of a crate. After that, players should go back to the apartment and head to the garbage bin to feed the cat.

V should then go to bed and go back to the garbage bin. He would find the cat that will eat the food. At this point, V should pick up the animal, after which a cutscene would pop up. The cat would now appear in V's apartment and would be there throughout the game.

Like real-life cats, the cat in "Cyberpunk 2077" does not do much aside from idling around.
