‘Dance Moms’ Stars Try To Win Over Abby Lee Miller With Food In Season 6 Deleted Scene [VIDEO]
The way to Abby Lee Miller’s heart might just be through her stomach. Lifetime has released a deleted scene from the "Dance Moms" Season 6 installment Tuesday that shows her students’ mothers trying to ease her frustrations by feeding her.
To make a web commercial for her Los Angeles ALDC studio, the dance coach enlisted her elite junior team members to star in a “Wizard of Oz”-inspired project in episode 12. She also brought in YouTube sensation Todrick Hall.
When it came time to tape the project, Abby was noticeably tense, and everyone, including Todrick, took notice. In the newly released deleted scene, “The Hot Dog Trick,” Abby takes her frustrations out on the moms.
After dancer Kalani Hilliker, who portrayed the Good Witch in the commercial, reveals she did not have her magic wand while filming, Abby goes looking for the missing prop. “If it was a snake, it would have bit [sic] them!” Abby says after recovering the item.
When Abby hands the wand to Kalani’s mother, Kira Girard, she complains the child could not give her a clear answer as to where the prop was located.
“Why are you in such a bad mood?” JoJo Siwa’s mom, Jessalynn Siwa, asks the instructor. “God. Everyone’s working for you, for free!”
With Abby’s mood in a downward spiral — the moms accuse Abby of “yelling at everyone” — Jessalynn announces she’s going to get her daughter’s coach some sustenance. “I’m ordering her a platter of hot dogs to try to calm her down,” she says. “Here’s some hot dogs for you. Clearly you need something in your mouth to shut it up.”
“That is the only thing that can save this nightmare journey through Oz,” Jessalynn tells the cameras.
When Jessalynn and the rest of the moms present Abby with her edible gift, she is both surprised and appreciative. However, after being asked by the parents if she will cheer up now that she has food, Abby denies ever being upset.
“I’m not in a bad mood!” Abby exclaims. “Why does everyone think I’m in a bad mood?”

While Abby’s upset during the commercial shoot was a leading storyline in episode 12, it will be one of her students who causes the bulk of the drama in next week’s installment. The promo for episode 13, “ALDC Does Vegas,” reveals dancer Kendall Vertes will confront one of the moms. Lifetime’s synopsis states Kendall’s actions will cause the parents to wonder if their daughters are getting “too involved” in their drama.
Catch “Dance Moms” Season 6, episode 13 on Tuesday, March 29, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
