‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Will Ben Go Too Far To Get Ciara Back?
He is now in police custody as the prime suspect in both Ciara and Charlotte’s kidnappings and has questioned whether he had an episode while off his meds and committed the crimes. However, as Ben begins to realize the truth, he could take drastic action to prove his innocence and get back to finding the woman he loves on the Wednesday, Feb. 13 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”
Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) has been desperate to find Ciara (Victoria Konefal), who went missing upon her return from South Africa on the NBC soap. Since then, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail’ (Kate Mansi) daughter Charlotte also went missing. Ben’s sister, Jordan (Chrishell Stause Hartley) is actually the one who kidnapped both and is keeping them in the cabin in the woods, but she is determined to get her brother recommitted because she feels he is dangerous, As a result, she planted Ciara’s phone and Charlotte’s blanket in his hotel room and told the cops he was hallucinating—forcing them to arrest him for questioning.
Since he had briefly been off his meds, Ben did begin to wonder if he had blacked out at some point and committed the crimes he’s being accused of, something that upsets him greatly since he loves Ciara and doesn’t want to harm her. However, as he learns more about the evidence the cops have against him, he will begin to realize he’s being set up—and needs to do whatever he can to make sure he can escape the cops and prove his innocence.
Spoilers tease that Ben takes “drastic action” after he realizes the truth. Though he may not immediately suspect his sister as the one who is trying to set him up and could believe this is Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) of finally getting him away from her daughter for good, he will know he is innocent. Still, he may be forced to take dramatic—and potentially illegal—actions to be released.
He may succeed with whatever he plans, as a preview clip for the week’s episodes (see above) shows him arriving at the cabin and pulling Ciara out to safety before it once again goes on fire. However, it could still come at a cost for him in the end.
“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
