They all finally learned the truth about who killed Jordan and have been in a rush to make sure the right man goes to prison for the crime before Ben is killed for it. Now, with the execution beginning, Ciara and Will are going to do everything they can to bring Evan/Christian down before it’s too late on the Tuesday, March 3 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Since Ciara (Victoria Konefal) learned the truth about Evan (Brock Kelly) being baby David’s father and the one who actually killed Jordan (Chrishell Stause), the race has been on to find him and bring him to justice on the NBC soap. Time is crucial because Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is literally about to be executed by lethal injection for the crime, but it has not been easy. Not only did Evan, whose real name is Christian Maddox, take off with baby David and approach Sonny (Freddie Smith) at gunpoint to ask for money so he could flee town, but Ciara’s attempts to get a stay of execution also fell flat, with the governor and the prison warden both refusing to accept it. Now, the needles have been inserted into Ben and the execution is about to begin—and Ciara and Will’s attempt to get to Evan could cause a heart-breaking delay.

“In a race against time, Ciara and Will work to exonerate Ben,” spoilers reveal.

After the truth came out, the two raced over to the Kiriakis mansion, where Will had seen Evan last as he went to talk to Sonny, who was going to break up with him. Unfortunately, he now has a gun pointed at Will and refuses to go down for the crime he committed. Now, Sonny, Will and Ciara will have to figure out a way to take him down—if they can—and get the proof to the prison so they can help Ben.

However, if they are even a second too late when it comes to the proof and the evidence, all of their efforts may be for nothing. The execution has officially begun and Ben is already feeling the effects of the drugs—and may be prepared to die now as he decides to think back on the good things he had while the drugs work to stop his heart.

“As the lethal injection begins, Ben has flashes of his life with Ciara,” spoilers state.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
