"Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson could be gearing for yet another stint on television, his brother Al hinted recently.
Al, the eldest son of Phil Robertson, spoke about Willie's new haircut and said there will be television "in the future for some aspects of us."
"He's got a new haircut now that was quite the rage lately," Al told Fox News.
"I jokingly tell Willie you've never met a camera you didn't like and he laughed and it's true. So I'm almost sure there'll be T.V. in the future for some aspects of us."
Willie recently trimmed his long locks and beard for the first time in 17 years. He posted a video of his transformation on Instagram and joked, “I feel like I should be cast on Vikings.”
The men on "Duck Dynasty" are known for their long beards and this is not the first time one of them have shocked fans with a groomed look. Back in 2017, Willie’s brother Jase shaved off his long beard and hair to raise funds for charity.
Although the “Duck Dynasty” series finale aired in 2017, the Robertsons are still engaged with the public through their podcast "Unashamed with Phil Robertson." The podcasts have 100 episodes and millions of downloads.
In an episode that aired in May, Phil revealed that he has reconnected with a daughter that he fathered during an early period of his life. The Robertsons have now welcomed Phil's 45-year-old daughter, Phyliss, into the family.
"It's a pretty cool explanation of redemption, reconciliation, love," the former reality star said on the podcast. "As it turns out, you have a daughter that you don't know about and she has a father she doesn't know about, 45 years doesn't sound like very long, but you see, that's a while."
The Robertsons are known for their conservative Christian views and Al has even served as a pastor at a West Monroe, La., church. According to him, all the Robertsons have a “ministry-bent.”
"I was the only one who was a pastor of the church, but all my brothers, dad have always done mission work and stuff like that," he told Fox. "We're just kind of built-in to try to serve people and make connections with people."
