“Duck Dynasty” star Willie Robertson has undergone a total transformation after he trimmed his long locks and beard for the first time in 17 years.

In a video posted on his Instagram, Robertson documented his grooming session.

“I feel myself getting weaker,” the father-of-five joked as his hair fell to the floor. “I feel like I should be cast on Vikings.”

In the accompanying caption, the 48-year-old reality star wrote, “Everyone else is going back to the barber, I figured I should try it too. #17years.”

Expressing her shock at Robertson’s transformation, his wife Korie said she hadn’t seen his neck in 15 years.

The men on "Duck Dynasty" are known for their long beards and this is not the first time one of them have shocked fans with a groomed look. Back in 2017, Willie’s brother Jase shaved off his long beard and hair to raise funds for charity.

Following the stay at home orders due to Covid-19 pandemic, a number of celebrities cut their own hair and they shared the resulting look on social media.

"Sunflower" singer Post Malone on May 25 posted a photo of him with shorter locks and it appears like his mother may have put pressure on him to go for a trim.

Actress Emily Ratajkowski, too, posted a photograph of hers flaunting a layered snip.

Model Bella Hadid had documented the process of cutting her bangs on Instagram.

"Orange Is the New Black" alum Ruby Rose shaved her own head but left a tiny braid on one side.

“The Bachelor” star Amanda Stanton, however, faced backlash in May when she shared a series of Instagram posts showcasing her traveling to Arizona from California to get her hair done.

Defending her actions, Stanton said she is at home since March 13 and had not ventured out even to buy groceries. She also explained that she took extra precautions before going out.

“I hadn’t had my hair done since January and my hairstylist who I’ve been going to for years JUST opened her salon,” she reasons. “I thought I’d rather when she JUST opened than later when more people had been there.”
