Martin Lawrence's daughter and Eddie Murphy's son are dating. The couple made their relationship Instagram official Saturday, when Jasmin Lawrence, Martin's oldest child, wished Eric Murphy a happy birthday on her social media account.

"Happy birthday, my love!" Jasmin wrote. "I'm so incredibly blessed to know you, to love you, and to have you by my side. Cheers to many more blessings, laughs, and beautiful memories! I love you so much!!"

On her Instagram Stories, the 25-year-old Duke University graduate also shared a video of her boyfriend blowing out candles on a birthday cake and accompanied her post with a red heart emoji.

Eric, Eddie's son with ex-wife Paulette McNeely, professed his love for Jasmin, Martin's only child with ex-wife Patricia Southall, when he posted a photo with her on his own Instagram account. "Head over heels in LOVE with YOU," he wrote in the caption, to which he added three red heart emojis and "#myotherhalf #equallyyoked #iloveyou."

Jasmin commented on the post and wrote, "I LOVE YOU."

The couple's dads co-starred in the 1992 film "Boomerang" and the 1999 film by Ted Demme, "Life." The flick was nominated for an Academy Award in 1999.

Eddie, 60, has 10 children, with ages ranging from 2 to 32. The moms of his children include McNeely, Nicole Murphy, Tamara Hood and Spice Girls member Melanie Brown.

Martin, on the other hand, has three daughters, including Jasmin, who appeared on the 2012 sitcom "Family Time." She also appeared in the 2020 movie "Bad Boys for Life," which featured her father and Will Smith.

Jasmin's Instagram feed suggests she is close to her father. Aside from fashion posts and an inspirational photo of Vice President Kamala Harris, she also regularly posts photos with her dad. One of the photos shows her hugging the American actor and comedian as Martin kisses her cheek.

For his part, Eric posted a photo with Eddie on Father's Day, saying he's grateful for his dad. "Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there," he wrote in the caption. "Extremely grateful for mine!"
