“A dangerous new meta hits Central City – The Flash (Grant Gustin) takes on a dangerous new meta named Sunshine (guest star Natalie Sharp). Cisco (Carlos Valdes) sets out to help Nash (Tom Cavanagh). Eric Dean Seaton directed the episode written by Lauren Barnett & Sterling Gates.

In other “The Flash” news, Allegra Garcia will have more responsibilities in Team Flash in Season 7. Kayla Compton, who portrays Allegra, has been promoted to series regular for the new season of the series, Deadline reported. Due to bad company, she spent time in prison. After her release, the budding journalist refused to accept the past as her future. Allegra became a part of Team Flash and assisted Barry in fighting crime.

She has the power to manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum. Apart from being part of Team Flash, she hustles with Iris as they chase stories for CCC Media.

Compton has appeared on “Making Moves,” a miniseries directed by John Swetnam for FullScreen Studios. The actress will be seen in “King’s Faith” and “Highway to Havasu.” Previously, she was seen in “Perception” (TNT), “Entourage” (HBO) and “Mistresses” (ABC).
