'Frozen 2': Kristen Bell's Daughters Can Sing All New Songs
While the world waits to find out what happens in “Frozen 2,” cast member Kristen Bell’s daughters already know everything. The actress revealed in a recent interview that she told her children what happens in the film, and she even taught them all the new songs.
In a recent interview with E! News, Bell said that her daughters “know everything” about the upcoming sequel. She told them about all the new characters and “the entire plot line.” The actress also sang the new songs to her children from “very early on.”
The children have heard the new songs often enough to start singing them. Bell said that she had to stop her daughters from singing in the living room, fearing that it would leak out. The actress added that her children still get the words “muddled,” so there is less of a risk.
Bell strictly told her daughters that they have to keep everything they know about “Frozen 2” a secret. The children will get “big time busted” if they reveal anything.
Fans who attended Disney’s D23 event recently got to see a video of the upcoming film, and got to hear the songs featured in it. According to Collider, the film has a new “Let It Go” song by Idina Menzel that is really good.
The song “Let It Go” became the highlight of the first film. The main song of the sequel apparently has a slow build, but the powerful lyrics and rhythm will apparently be difficult for fans to get it out of their heads when they hear it.
The song “Let It Go” also became a sort of anthem to the LGBTQ community, who see it as being about embracing who a person is on the inside. There was some speculation that Bell’s character Anna will be getting a female love interest in “Frozen 2,” but the song writers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez told IGN that they will not be exploring this side of the character’s story in the film.
