'Game Of Thrones': Who Would Kit Harrington Like To See Jon Snow Face In A Fight? [VIDEO]
Over the four seasons on HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) has faced off against Ned Stark (Sean Bean) and been Robb Stark’s (Richard Madden) prisoner, but another character from the Stark family wants his shot at the Kingsguard leader: Jon Snow (Kit Harrington). In a new exclusive video from Entertainment Weekly, actor Kit Harrington tells fans he wants a showdown between his character and Coster-Waldau’s Lannister.
The video -- released Monday on Twitter after Entertainment Weekly held a vote to see which character fans would pick to sit on the Iron Throne – shows Harrington on set filming for Season 5.
“I genuinely would like to test Nikolaj’s skills,” said Harrington. “So, I’d like to fight Jaime Lannister… I think it would be an epic fight.”

Harrington referenced a tense moment between the two characters in Season 1, but a lot has changed since then. Snow has spent four seasons fighting off White Walkers and Wildlings at the wall – looking pretty handy with a sword in the Battle at Castle Black -- while Jaime Lannister lost a hand. Vegas odds would have to favor Jon Snow at this point.
In another Entertainment Weekly video, Maisie Williams – who plays Arya Stark – said if she could see her character fight someone outside of the “Game of Thrones” universe, it would be Hit-Girl (Chloe Moretz) from the “Kick-Ass” franchise. Williams says the characters have similar backgrounds.

Well, Arya vs. Hit-Girl will never happen, but would fans want to see Jon Snow take on Jaime Lannister? With the characters on opposite sides of Westeros, it might be a while before that's a possibility, but here’s hoping! Season 5 of “Game of Thrones” premieres on HBO on April 12.
