'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Diane Survive Hook Killer's Attack?

The hook killer's next victim is in sight on the Monday, Sept. 26 episode of "General Hospital." It will be up to Finn to save Diane's life following the latest attack.

In the promo video of the ABC soap opera, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) is seen lying on the floor in a pool of blood. "GH" spoilers show Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) making a gruesome discovery.

In the previous episode, Diane stayed behind in Brando's (Johnny Wactor) workshop to review paperwork when the hook killer appeared to creep up behind her.

Even though Sonny (Maurice Benard) ordered Dex (Evan Hofer) to stay behind to look after Diane, it appears Dex won't be around when Diane is attacked by the hook killer. Instead, Alexis and Gregory will find Diane and call for help.

Once the police arrive, Dex will face some heavy accusations and will wonder if he is under arrest. Will Dex be accused of attacking Diane?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Finn (Michael Easton) wants to talk to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) about something important. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Finn works to save a life.

Finn was left shocked after Brando died following a successful surgery. After running tests, the medical team later learned the hook killer's weapon that stabbed Brando was laced with a toxin.

In the previous episode, Finn discovered the hook killer's weapon was laced with reptile venom. Since Finn is familiar with reptile venom, Diane might have a fighting chance.

Will Diane survive an attack from the hook killer with Finn's help?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) get romantic, Cody (Josh Kelly) confronts Felicia (Kristina Wagner), and Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) makes a big sacrifice.
