'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Esme Escape Before Nikolas Can Get Rid Of Her?

Nikolas thought he outsmarted Esme, but on the Tuesday, Oct. 18 episode of "General Hospital," Esme may gain the upper hand.

In the promo video of the ABC soap opera, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) tells Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) that she is expendable. "GH" spoilers tease Esme defends herself.

Nikolas initially planned to call the police once he saw Esme breaking into the safe at Wyndemere Castle. However, after she claimed she was pregnant with his child, Nikolas locked Esme away in a deserted wing.

It appears he will pay a visit to the young woman and warn her that her pregnancy doesn't make her untouchable.

While Nikolas will attempt to rid himself of Esme, he may let down his guard, which will give Esme enough time to arm herself with a candlestick.

Will Esme attack Nikolas and successfully escape Wyndemere, or will she face another setback?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) tells Lucy (Lynn Herring) to join him on a cruise. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Lucy is in a dangerous spot.

In the previous episode, Anna (Finola Hughes) warned Lucy to stay away from Victor out of fear for Lucy's safety. Anna revealed Lucy would be putting herself in danger if she continued to try to get information on Victor.

However, Lucy was confident that Victor didn't know she was working for Anna. Viewers are aware that Victor bugged a necklace he gave to Lucy and knows that she is working with Anna.

It appears Lucy will dismiss Anna's warning and will once again meet up with Victor. Will Anna realize Lucy didn't listen to her before it's too late?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Cody (Josh Kelly) offers his help to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), Scott (Kin Shriner) advises Ava, and Anna worries about Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).
