'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Nina Tell Michael She Suspects Willow Is Cheating?

Michael and Sonny have remained at odds over Sonny's relationship with Nina, but on the Tuesday, Nov. 8 episode of "General Hospital," an encounter with Nina may push Michael and Sonny's relationship to its breaking point.

In the ABC promo video, Sonny (Maurice Benard) warns Michael (Chad Duell) to be very careful about what he says next. "GH" spoilers reveal Michael confronts Nina (Cynthia Watros).

In the previous episode, Nina reluctantly told Sonny that she suspected Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was having an affair with TJ (Tajh Bellow).

Although she admitted she had no evidence, she witnessed several close moments between the two that supported her suspicions.

However, viewers are aware that Willow was diagnosed with leukemia and confided in TJ about her condition. Willow was warned that if she began treatment in her first trimester of pregnancy, it could harm her baby.

Willow decided to forgo treatment to protect her baby and did not inform Michael about her deteriorating health. Instead, she turned to TJ for support, which is why the two appear to have a close relationship.

Sonny warned Nina not to tell Michael about her suspicions, but Michael overheard the comment and demanded answers. Will Nina be forced to tell Michael that Willow may be having an affair with TJ?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) tries to convince herself that her escape plan will work. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) gets an unpleasant surprise.

In the previous episode, Nikolas was less than thrilled when Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) announced he wanted to begin his move into Wyndemere.

The two were both shocked when Laura (Genie Francis) arrived in hopes of catching up.

Viewers are aware that Nikolas locked Esme up in an isolated part of the castle after she claimed she was pregnant with his child.

With Nikolas busy entertaining both Laura and Victor, will Esme successfully escape?

Other "GH" spoilers reveal Scott (Kin Shriner) gets a blast from the past, Sam (Kelly Monaco) updates Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), and Finn (Michael Easton) is floored.
