'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Nina Use Carly's Relationship With Drew To Get Revenge?

Nina is determined to make Carly pay for hiding the truth about Willow, and on the Monday, Jan. 30 episode of "General Hospital," Nina may get the chance to get her revenge.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Nina (Cynthia Watros) catches Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) having an intimate moment. "GH" spoilers reveal Nina becomes privy to a secret.

Nina has been furious after learning Carly waited months before revealing that Nina was Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) biological mother. Nina thought she could mend her relationship with Willow by being her bone marrow donor.

However, when Nina learned she wasn't a match, she directed her anger toward Carly. It appears Nina will learn about Carly and Drew's secret relationship, which she can use to turn them in for insider trading. Will Nina use Carly's romance with Drew to get revenge?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks whether Michael (Chad Duell) will allow him to see his grandchild. "General Hospital" spoilers say Sonny supports Michael.

Despite their past issues, Sonny has done his best to be supportive of Michael as Willow's health continues to deteriorate.

Although Michael has allowed his father to show his support during the difficult time, now that Willow has received good news, it appears Michael's cold shoulder may return.
