It will be a day of taking chances for the residents of Port Charles as Jason shockingly teams up with law enforcement to save Anna’s life. On the Monday, August 13 episode of “General Hospital,” Jason’s hunch pushes Robert’s investigation forward.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Jason (Steve Burton) has a theory. In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Jason asks Robert (Tristan Rogers) how sure he is about Anna (Finola Hughes) being the intended target of kidnappers.

Jason grew pretty close to Anna when they worked together to locate the real Henrik Faison (Wes Ramsey) and felt obligated to protect her because she is Robin’s (Kimberly McCullough) mother. Since Jason was not charged for lying to gain access to Ferncliff and breaking Carly (Laura Wright) out of the institution, it appears her next mission will be to find a way to bring Anna back to Port Charles.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of “General Hospital,” Jason and Robert search the cell Finn (Michael Easton) was held in and find his tracker. Robert reveals he couldn’t wait on the WSB to help him find Anna and was relieved Jason agreed to assist him in the investigation.

Jason figures they can hack into the captors’ private security footage, and Robert suggests they bring in Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) since he can’t depend on bureau resources at the moment. Although Robert begins to insist they must find Anna, Jason questions whether she was actually used as bait to lure Finn into being captured. Could Jason’s theory about the kidnappers be correct?

It appears he may be onto something considering the last time viewers saw Finn, he eagerly teamed up with Robert to help track down Anna. The plan was initially a success since he was kidnapped and told Anna was alive.

His captor revealed he would be treating a patient, but Finn refused to do anything until he saw Anna in person. Once the two were reunited, Anna cut out the tracker Robert placed in Finn’s hand so he couldn’t rescue the two.

Anna explained she was close to finding out who was in charge and didn’t want her mission to be ruined. However, Finn was concerned because their captor wanted him to treat a patient with a disease he didn’t recognize and threatened to kill Anna if the individual died.

Will Spinelli be able to help Jason and Robert track down Anna and Finn before it is too late?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
